0/10 STARS! HORRIBLE PLACE! UNSANITARY, UNORGANIZED, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
As someone who used to work here, I can honestly say I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, whether you’re a patient or looking for employment! Let’s start with how UNSANITARY this place is! From what I personally witnessed, disposable pillowcases weren’t being changed between patients and would sometimes stay on until the end of the week! Barely any proper cleaning supplies to disinfect anything. Just some old COVID disinfectant that’s been sitting around for who knows how long! The lobby isn’t properly maintained, and there have even been issues with RATS! Mind you, this is supposed to be a MEDICAL FACILITY!
The organization? HORRIBLE! Be prepared to sit for HOURS because nobody seems to know what’s going on! Patient charts aren’t properly documented, which raises serious concerns about billing errors and patients being overcharged. I also questioned why patients were being brought back for appointments that didn’t seem necessary. From my experience, some visits felt more focused on billing insurance than actually helping patients. Half the time, you’re just seeing the doctor to get a referral somewhere else! And don’t even get me started on management! Constant eviction notices, poor communication, lies, excuses, and promises that never seem to be fulfilled! How are you running a medical facility when you can’t even keep things organized behind the scenes? It’s embarrassing!
AND IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT WORKING HERE, DON’T! There’s absolutely NO GROWTH! You’ll find yourself taking on more responsibilities, doing the work of multiple people, and still not being properly compensated or appreciated. They expect so much from employees but offer little in return. No real opportunities to advance, no proper structure, and no accountability. Just constant excuses and empty promises! What bothers me the most is that these are REAL PEOPLE coming here expecting to receive proper medical care. Patients trust these facilities with their health, their personal information, their time, and their money. They deserve better than what I witnessed.

I had a serious and painful shoulder issue. I was able to see the Nurse practitioner with a virtual appointment. She ordered an x-ray and Dr. Aigdebedion followed up with an exam and referral. Excellent care!
