While I appreciate the team and overall service provided there are a number of areas of opportunities to better the client experience.
1. Prescriptions- standard practice I have experienced from other providers is to submit prescriptions after patient time of service, not at close of business. This puts patience at a huge disadvantage as most pharmacies close before they have time to fill. I was told they would be submitted at the end of the day, it’s now 6p and I have no prescription, they won’t be ready till tomorrow .
2. Please read online appointment details- there could be critical instructions impacting the client experience. ie- in my submission I mentioned I lost my voice, then someone called me.
3. The room I was in had no sanitizer in the room.
